More upgraded mods should help that some, but looking at the stats, I don't know if you can make the 30-40 difficulty missions easy even with full mods, at least with the first archwing. The harder missions, like the Limbo ones, have enemies with shields that are extremely difficult to get through, pretty much impossible with the default gun. The balance is a little wonky right now, you are blasting things out of space like it's Gundam until all of the sudden "Where did my shields go? Oh, I'm dead.", even on the easy missions. They also might want to drop the parts in void Archwing missions, which don't exist yet, and I shudder to think of how difficult they would be if they did. Realistically, they will probably wait a few months to let the stats all shake out before they add in primes.
